Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Eyewear
Place the glasses in their original protective case and secure them inside the shipping box along with any included accessories or cleaning cloths.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
